I hurt my back really badly…it hurts to walk dammnit„, I probably need to take a break from working out for like +/- two weeks…fuck fuck. this sucks so much i don’t know how i hurt myself though…I just hope i will recover soon. Does anyone have any tips on how to treat this?
I got a personal trainer today to measure my body fat and I AM AT 18.3%!!!
I can’t believe it!! so happy!!
sunday; cardio madness- run between 5-10 miles + 10-20 min stairmaster
monday 3 mile run + arm training
tuesday 4/5 mile run+ abs and back
Thursday 4 mile run + arms and chest
Friday 2/3 mile run + legs and butt
Saturday- rest
if everything goes according to plan I should get the car tomorrow, so I’ll be able to drive myself to the gym. I will have some long blogilates sessions at home so that should be fun
So proud! I made so many healthy choices today! I stuck to my vegeterian diet and instead of getting ice cream i got an unsweetened ice coffee so props for me!!
